I'm a hopeful romantic...
Decades ago, a patient said, "I believe he's sweet on you..." after seeing Ken wave Hello to me; this, while caring for my patient and working long hours in the ER. It was brief yet endearing. Almost 30 years later, I created RED no. 7, "sweet on you" (2023) to reflect on this moment between two people, three words, the positive impact of a few minutes... which brings us here, to this art exhibition, "Sweet On You." This time of year, making art, winter holidays, our kids and Ken, I love you. Always & forever. A hopeful romantic ...sweet on you.
